Altruist Investments was born out of a demand from businesses which asked for strategic direction developing clean or renewable energy businesses or projects and find the right financial partners that undertand the unique demands distinct within the energy sector.

PROJECT DETAILS -
Created a modern energy supply company (ESCO) in the Middle East
Initially the client wanted to just invest in solar pv power plants, however, after discussing the market opportunity further, Altruist created and developed from concept a new company to challenge the status quo to become a new energy player in the Middle East. Using proven technologies such as solar p.v., battery energy storage and demand side response coupled with energy efficiency installations this company is growing rapidly
The company plans, finances and implements the 'optimum energy solution' that puts the client in control and saves them money over a 20-25 year period. Cash flows can be securitised.
Altruist also introduced and co-ordinated the legal and financial teams necessary for the client to understand all aspects of the business opportunity. Altruist worked with an international law firm to create the contracts which have been used to sign clients in the Middle East. A financial model was constructed and the business case proven by signing clients which is ongoing
